Following breakfast, we’ll take a fascinating drive through the Dades Valleys. After that, travel to Tinghir along the route known as the “road of a thousand Kasbahs,” with plenty of photo opportunities.

We continue to the Todra Gorge, where we will marvel at the incredible rock formations. Additionally, go to Rissani for lunch. We will travel to the heart of the vast Sahara desert in the late afternoon.

Merzouga Oasis is where we are headed. Afternoon at our hotel or riad. DBB, or dinner, bed, and breakfast

Beginning with a stop at a nomadic family reliant on their herd of cattle and residing in a woolen tent, we’ll move on to a small village where we’ll take in some Gnawa music and unique dances.

We’ll eat a Berber desert pizza in a nearby restaurant for lunch. We will take the camels in the afternoon from a specific location across the dunes to our camp on the opposite side.

The camp staff will awaken you in the morning so you can see the sunrise and have more time to enjoy this Moroccan highlight before we depart in the direction of Fes via the fascinating Ziz Valley, the Atlas Mountains, a stop in the Cedar Forest, and Ifrane, or European Village as it is known for its architecture. Fes is our final destination. In the hotel for the night.

Day 7: Exploring Fes

The entire day was set aside for a tour of Fes Old Medina, which was built by the Adarissa dynasty in the eighth century and was Morocco’s first imperial city following Arab colonization.
